This is to notify you of the First Calling Notice for the Annual General Meeting of Newmarket Rugby Union Football Club.

Given the Covid restrictions are due to be relaxed further, we hope that the AGM will take place in person at the Clubhouse at 7.30pm on Friday 25th June 2021. We will also issue a Teams link, at the Second Calling, for anyone who would like to attend but is unable to attend in person. This link will also be used if we are unable to hold a ‘face-to-face’ meeting due to the Covid restrictions. Information will be given on the website nearer the time.

2. Approve Minutes of 2021 SGM

3. To Receive the Treasurer's Report.

4. Nominations for Honorary Life VP (any nominations to be notified to the Hon. Secretary by 21st June 2021)

5. Election of Chairman, Age Grade Chair, Safeguarding Officer, Marketing and Sponsorship Manager, Club Volunteer Coordinator, Webmaster (any nomination for election to the committee, must be proposed by one club member and seconded by another and must notified to the Hon. Secretary by 21st June 2021)

6. AOB notified at least 3 days before the meeting (please email the Hon. Secretary – contact details below)
